Next, write an essay of 500-750 words. Include the following in your essay:

Select three state laws or statutes of your choice that cover any of the following constructs:

• Explain how the state board codes and laws are reflective of and in alignment with those of the ACA code of ethics.
• Explain why these are important in ethics: privacy, security, informed consent, and confidentiality of patient medical and mental health records, including any pertinent issues related to electronic records.
• In the ACA Code of Ethics, explain how three ethical codes could be incorporated into an organization’s policies and procedures.
• Support your opinions with two to four scholarly resources.
