The purpose of this assignment is to evaluate the impact of attachment in early childhood, how a child´s temperament is formed, and the role it plays.

Imagine you have been tasked to educate parents of children 0-3 years of age on the importance of attachment styles. Create a brochure, infographic, or handout to address the following prompts:

• Explain the impact of attachment.
• Description of the four different types of attachment.
• Describe how culture plays a role in attachment styles.
• Provide two to three strategies that can enhance the parent-child relationship.
• Explain how a child´s temperament is formed and the role it plays within social relationships.  Describe the psychosocial stage according to Erikson for this age group.
• Discuss potential obstacles for children in this stage of development.
• Utilizing developmental models of Erikson, with a specific focus on attachment, include at least three tips for parents with children transitioning to day care.
