This assignment is designed to provide a high-level view of your family of origin dynamic. Consider the impact of asking what seems like simple questions.

Answer the questions below on a word document. Then, interview a member of your immediate family and ask them to answer the same questions. Record a transcript of the interview.

• What are some family rituals that your family has?
• Do you and your family members view your family the same way?  Would your family help you move? Why or why not?
• What are your family rules?

After conducting the interview, compare and contrast how you and the person you interviewed view the family dynamic and evaluate the interdependence of your family in a 500-750-word summary. Include an analysis of what influences these results.

Use one to two scholarly sources to support your ideas.

APA style is not required, but solid academic writing is expected.
