An 18 year old male complains of dry cough, sore throat, bodyaches, fatigue and headache for 4 days. Exposure to ill roommate. Did not receive the Covid booster or a Flu shot. He has a temperature of 101, erythematous pharynx, tachycardia and anterior cervical adenopathy. No adventitious breath sounds noted. Denies chest pain and shortness of breath. No distress noted.
Problem Statement – Version 2
18 y/o M college student with hx of childhood asthma presents to clinic with new onset dry cough, sore throat, fatigue, myalgias, and headache x4 days. He states his roomate was sick 1 week ago. He denies having a flu or covid vaccine. Upone physical exam he has a fever of 101, tachycardic, cervical adenopathy, and erythematous pharynx. Breath sounds are clear bilaterally and denies SOB. Negative for hepatomegaly or splenomegaly.

MW, an 18-year-old college student with a background of childhood asthma, presents with a sudden onset of cough, fatigue, muscle aches, sore throat, headache, and fever lasting four days. He indicates exposure to a sick individual and has not received his annual influenza vaccination. The physical examination shows a temperature of 101ºF, tachycardia, an erythematous pharynx, and anterior cervical lymphadenopathy, while adventitious breath sounds are absent.

MW, an 18-year-old male college student with a history of childhood asthma presents with a non-productive cough, fatigue, sore throat, myalgias, fever, and headache starting four days ago. The patient does report his roommate, whom he has had contact with, has similar symptoms. Pt denies having the flu vaccine this year. Physical exam reveals tachycardia, fever of 101 degrees, erythematous pharynx, and anterior cervical lymphadenopathy.

Marvin F. Webster is a 18 year old male college student with history of childhood asthma and unvaccinated for influenza. Patient came in with complaints of headache, dry cough, fatigues and weakness, temperature of 101 f, myalgia, sore throat, and bilateral anterior cervical lymphadenopathy. Patient report exposure to roommate who was sick with a cough last week. Patient denies chest pain, dizziness, tingling, or numbness. Patient denies nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and constipation.

Marvin Webster is an 18y/o college student who presents to the clinic with cough, fatigue, sore throat, headache and malgias that started 4 days ago. Pt denies flu vaccine this year, and has been around other students who have been sick with similar symptoms. On exam Pt has a fever of 101.1F, tender cervical lymph node, and dry cough noted.
Problem Statement – Version 7
This is an 18 year old male college student with a history of childhood asthma who presents with an acute cough, fatigue, sore throat, headache x 4 days. He states he had interaction with someone that was sick, has not received his annual flu vaccination or COVID 19 booster . Upon physical examination he was noted to have a temperature of 101 F, tachycardia, erythematous pharynx, and bilateral anterior cervical lymphadenopathy, but is negative for adventitious breathe sounds and hepatospenomegaly.
